Detection Kit for EB Virus DNA(Multiple RT-PCR Fluorescence probing)

Epstein-barr virus can infect B lymphocytes, nasopharyngeal, parotid duct and cervical epithelial cells, and the cancers caused by epstein-Barr virus mainly include lymphatic cancer, laryngeal cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer. Humans are the only natural host for EBV.

Product principle:

This kit is used for quantitative detection of EB virus nucleic acid in human serum or plasma in vitro.By using real-time fluorescence PCR technology, the BamH1W gene of EB virus genome was selected to design specific primers and probes, and the EB virus DNA was detected by detecting the changes of fluorescence signal.

Product Advantages:

1. Anti-pollution control, strong anti-interference ability
This product USES UNG enzyme, can effectively prevent pollution.
2. High convenience
Amplification is a reaction setup operation.
3. Line type standards
The amplification curve plateau obviously, the slope is big.
4. Internal standard design
This product adopts internal standard quality control system, which is used to monitor the false negative result caused by internal inhibition.
5. Strong compatibility
No need for multi-channel PCR instruments, suitable for a variety of fluorescence PCR instruments.
6. Dual system certification and quality assurance

It has passed the production quality management system of China Food and Drug Administration and ISO13485 international certification to ensure the strict control of product quality in production, storage and other links.

Clinical significance:

1.EVB-DNA load test can be used as an effective means to judge the efficacy, detect the disease and predict the outcome.
2. Effectively improve the detection rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, so as to achieve early detection, diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
3. Provide clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of non-neoplastic diseases, and reduce the pain and burden of patients.
4. Timely detection of high-risk cases is conducive to clinical management, and detection is more valuable for early diagnosis.
